Maison PANNIER - Champagne Selection for CASACON

Located in the heart of the Marne River valley and thanks to the magical caves integrated into the facilities, which were originally a medieval stone quarry, Maison Pannier boasts an excellent reputation today for the quality and creativity of its champagnes. Pannier vinifies four cuvées, all different and complementary, which have always been acclaimed by international juries; the Maison's champagnes are considered a rarity and are therefore particularly in demand by the haute gastronomie and catering sector worldwide.

Aware that the creation of a great champagne lies in the blending, Champagne Pannier entrusted such a delicate and decisive task to its talented Chef de Cave, Philippe Dupuis, who performed it for over 37 years. In 2020, Dupuis passed the torch to Yann Munier, to whom he handed over the entire memory of the Maison, transmitting all his experience and mastery. It is the two of them, together with the excellent Pannier team, who have created an elegant range of champagnes, with a style clearly based on the predominant presence of pinot noir and pinot meunier grapes, and balanced by an important presence of chardonnay.
